How To Order:

1. Go To top (or bottom) of page -- Click link to get you to the order page,
   or from this page just click here--> Order Biogenol
2. scroll down to find your product
3. a) Change number in quantity box form "0" to the number of the item(s) you want to order, then  
   b) Click on "Buy Now"
   (note: a- if you did not put a number in the quantity box your item is NOT added
             b- if it was the first item you tried to order, cart will say EMPTY)
   c)  If no quantity box, just click on "Buy Now"
4. Change quantity in cart as desired  (click "Recalculate" to adjust totals)
5. a) The Continue Shopping will  reload order page where you left it, note:
   b) the "Back Button" at top of browser may "Returns to order page"  faster (no page reload time)
6. Click on product line name at top or bottom of page to order from additional  product line(s)
7. when done shopping, choose "Go To Payments"
8. Fill out billing address and shipping information & Click  "CONTINUE" button
9. Verify information is correct (use back button on browser to edit info if required)
10. click "continue,"  Complete Credit card info (the Credit Card link is secure) & click on "Continue" to Submit Order
11. An automated response is sent to you when you submit your order, a copy is also, automatically sent to us.
12. If you do not receive an automated reply it is because; your email address was entered incorrectly, or your mail box is full, or your spam blocker did not let the Email through. You should check the Emailed confirmation order form, most of the time you can catch a mistake before we ship you some thing you do not want.
13. If you find a problem E-Mail us  right away…..put “order problem” in the subject line and give us your name…..it is easier to find your order using your name than using the order number.
14. We use your Email address to notify you of problems and send you Order Shipped Information. No Spam we promise.

The computer system automatically sends you an Email order confirmation! You should look for this confirmation and check it!
