After the Ultra Deep Masque Deep Conditioning Treatment is applied to your hair, we recommend

• Placing a clear plastic Processing Cap over the hair
• then the pink protective cap (shown in the picture at right),
• and finally the Heat Cap on the medium or low setting only.

We use the Processing cap over the hair, then the pink liner and finally the heat cap on top. This isolates the Heat Cap form any "mess". Processing caps may be put through the clothes washer several times before discarding. (They do not survive the clothes dryer.)
